Top Male Entrepreneurs to Follow …
Just a few short weeks ago I did a special post highlighting a handful of the top women entrepreneurs to follow in which I feel are the most interesting and notable women entrepreneurs that you should keep your eyes on as they’re doing absolutely wonderful things and helping pave a path for other women who are (or are aspiring to be) entrepreneurs.
During my hunt for these top male influencers I noticed something quite odd. Men are not featured as often as women. When you Google “top women entrepreneurs”, as an example, you get pages upon pages of articles to dive into. However, topic results about just men are not as easily found. Mind-boggled me a little bit as both genders seem to be doing some truly amazing things to impact the world in which we live.
Either way, and as promised at the end of the post, here are the top male entrepreneurs I wanted to highlight as a twist in gender appreciation …
Richard Branson, Founder of Virgin Group, is quite an inspiration to follow if you’re not already! The Virgin Group is a Branson family owned business that comprises of over 400+ companies. Their aim is to deliver long-term capital appreciation through investment in the following sectors: travel and leisure, telecoms and media, music and entertainment, financial services as well as health and wellness. So, basically everything. LoL!
They also have a foundation called Virgin Unite that was founded in 2004 as a non-profit to unite people and entrepreneurial ideas in order to create opportunities for a better world. Through a wonderful collaboration
Sergey Brin, Co-founder of Google, is now know as the 21st wealthiest person in the entire world. And according to Forbes, he is #35 on the “Most Powerful People” list, #13 on the “Billionaires” list and #6 on the “Richest in Tech” list and he’s only age 45. So basically, Sergey is an entrepreneur supervillain, LoL! He is also the president of Alphabet Inc. which is the holding company that owns Google, supervisor of Google X Lab (you just have to check this one out for yourself) and a co-founder the company Mountain View where they have been “secretly building an airship that, once completed, will be considered the largest aircraft on the planet. To boils things down, this man is quite the entrepreneur and dropping his legacy in the tech world pretty much with giant footprints.
Joel Brown, Founder of Addicted 2 Success, has created the intention that his site will be the #1 motivational site in the entire world. Yes, the ENTIRE world! His passion to transform lives with his blog, podcast and social media posts has now reached over 143 million viewers since he got started. During Joel’s entrepreneurial adventure he has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the greats in the world of motivation. Individuals such as Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Time Ferriss, Grant Cardone and so many more. Joel is definitely making his mark ins the world through his online (and offline) contributions. But don’t just go by what I’m telling you here … Go check it out for yourself!
Casey Adams, CEO of Build Your Empire and Partner at MotiApp, is one of THE youngest motivational entrepreneurs I’ve had the pleasure of following on social media. At only age 17 is he already a best-selling author of Rise of the Young, a podcast host (also for Rise of the Young), public speaker and brand strategist. Casey has had the opportunity of working with some of the most top influencers to take their brand to the next level which in turn helped build his following to 163,000+ … WOW! He just wants to remind everyone, by doing all this at such a young age, that success is for everyone. All you must do is keep hustling 24/7 and you will achieve your goal!
Being an entrepreneur isn’t really about starting a business. It’s a way of looking at the world: seeing opportunity where others see obstacles and taking risks when others take refuge. ~ Michael Bloomberg, Businessman, Author and Philanthropist
Now of course there are many other male influencers who have touched the world with their greatness, such as Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, Walt Disney, Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, just to name a few, but sometimes stating the obvious isn’t what the world wants to hear about. So, with that being said, I would love for you to add your own top male entrepreneurs to follow in the comments section, so we can all benefit and connect.
Also, if you’re an eager beaver and always have your thinking cap on, stay tuned for Monday’s post as I’ll be sharing a handful of truly amazing entrepreneurial resources. So, don’t miss out!
