Anyone Can Create Content … Even You!

Every entrepreneur in this big bad world of social is striving to create an ever-more impressive social media presence. It is imperative that in this field we look to build a brand that continually seeks to improve our social media standing, which achieves the dual aim of reaching a bigger audience and more leads. And earlier last month we talked about just that … how to achieve killer content with some plug n’ play strategies.

But it’s not just about having that killer content, it’s also knowing how to use it. We all want successful digital marketing strategies that packs a mean punch and that makes our audience engage with oooo’s and aaahhh’s, however it’s not always as easy and it seems. Ready to pack a punch? Want to create some killer content for your brand?

Well, then let’s not waste any more time talking about what we all know we want, and just dive right on in …

If you think about it, content is a way to express yourself. A way to leave a legacy. But also, a practice that is well worth understanding before you dive in headfirst. But first off, you need to give yourself more credit as you yourself are more of a superpower than you think. YOU are interesting enough to create content. So, don’t doubt your self-worth. Make your story shine! But how?

Well, by not wasting any time. Stop binge-watching Netflix, even though it’s fun and well-deserved some days, and invest in YOU. By taking extra time to do so (even if just a couple hours each week), you will discover more of who you are and how you and your business can help, and empower, other people. It’s a time commitment for sure but once you become more consistent with your content creations and make it a habit, the benefits will be huge.

Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning and focused effort.
~ Paul Meyer, Pioneer of the Self-improvement Industry

There is no right time other than right now! And it doesn’t even matter where you’re posting to. Just as long as you’re getting yourself out there. Plus, you can always change social platforms later on down the road. The key here is the content your creating and that you’re keeping things consistent with your brand. So, don’t let #FOMO fool you into thinking you’re too late, too slow or not good enough … You are good enough and I know you will never run out of ideas. There’s always something to say/share. You can always update your posts later if they’re not quite “perfect” enough the first time around. And if you’re feeling stuck, you can always share other people’s ideas by putting your own spin on things. Just make sure that the ideas are truly yours, as you’re accountable for every word (or graphic), and never, EVER mislead people just to gain some engagement. It will leave a bad taste …!

If you think about it, every person out there, not matter their niche or interests, all around the globe has a value for something and that something could be from you. You could literally change someone’s life. So, put it in writing, make a video, record a podcast, draw out an infographic, say it in a photograph or a blog … Whatever you do and however you choose (that fits your brand of course), just say it …

Share it with the world because you’re worth it!

Crystal is an artist, a writer, an organizer, a dreamer, a doer, and down-right proud of it NERD!.

Struck with a love for #AllThings creative at a very young age, Crystal dreamed of a life fueled by her passion for creating and bringing the stories and images in her mind into reality.

As she worked toward her dreams, she earned a diploma as a Computer Applications Specialist then another in Graphic Design and from there began to develop her extensive background in multimedia and the arts. She began her worked in the magazine industry as a layout designer and had a succession of design jobs thereafter. It was her role as a graphic/web designer that gave her the first real glimpse of her future. Soon she began a side job as a freelance designer while keeping one foot in the corporate world. A spark was lit! She turned her freelance gig into a full-time business combining design work with her other passion: creating organization from virtual chaos.

Crystal is one of the most organized individuals on the planet. She is by all means a Zen master of her crafts. She excels at helping others become “untangled” and provides her clients with tools to run their businesses smoothly while she takes care of the details behind the scenes. Thus Virtually Untangled was born. A successful business where her work as a top notch creative in graphic and web — with a twist of virtual assistant — married into one amazing place where clients can come with their virtual messes and become magically untangled. Crystal can always make sense of even the most unorganized chaos and offers a virtual detox of order and peace, so her clients can get busy doing the work that they love the most.
